JVHS Clubs is an independent, student-run project, not an official Cypress-Fairbanks ISD system. By creating an account or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
JVHS Clubs is meant for current Jersey Village High School students, club officers, and staff sponsors, to browse clubs, join them, RSVP to events, and track volunteer hours. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including a real Student ID that belongs to you.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
Club officers can post descriptions, resources, media, and other content on their club's pages. You're responsible for what you post, and it should be accurate and appropriate for a high school audience. We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Hours logged and approved here reflect what club officers have recorded in this app. They are not an official school transcript or district record, and we make no guarantee they'll be accepted by any third party (colleges, scholarship programs, etc.) as proof of service.
We can suspend or delete an account that violates these terms. Separately, accounts become eligible for deletion roughly a year after graduation, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can also ask us to delete your account at any time.
This is a volunteer, student-run project provided “as is,” with no guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We're not liable for lost data, missed events, or inaccurate hour totals, though we'll do our best to keep things working correctly.
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
